What to say that sounds original…
I wasn't aways a designer. I started my career in IT project management and worked my up to FTSE 100 change control, before realising my real passion was for the creative aspects of my work, not the operational. So, with the help of a VERY understanding wife I walked away from project management, sank savings into retraining and certifications and got my first 'creative' job as an Artworker in the back of a windowless factory, and i didn't look back!
Nowadays I build creative solutions to commercial problems. Sales enablement, brand identity, marketing and even internal communications. If the messaging is right and the outward visuals are harmonised with the business goals, the sky's the limit! Thats what drives me; working a problem into a sleek and bespoke solution that tangibly improves a business and delivers value.
